In 2018, Men's Wearhouse shifted it's focus from primarily retail and off-the-rack clothes to its custom suit offerings. I was tasked with collaborating with the VP of Marketing, Brand Manager, Creative Lead and front-end developer to create an elevated website design. As part of the customer-focused initiative, a series of order lifecycle emails were created to inform the customer the status of their custom suit order and when it was ready for fitting and pick-up, which included creating a series of icons to be used in the emails as well the landing page.
